Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time with clients from our wait list.

We request at least 48 hours notice prior to cancelling and rescheduling appointments.  Late cancellation (less than 48 hour notice) fee is 50% of service total.  No show fee is 100% of service total. New guest no show will no longer be able to book a future appointment.

We will do our best to work with you in cases of emergencies, as we understand that issues

can come up unexpectedly.
